Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of everianemx.shop, including purchases made through the online store.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or replaces mandatory rights available to consumers under German or European Union law.

4. Prices

Standard shipping is free for all orders.

5. Orders

Adding an item to a shopping cart does not necessarily reserve the product or complete a purchase.

8. Shipping

All orders receive free standard shipping.

Our estimated standard delivery timeframe is generally 15–20 days.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a particular delivery date has expressly been agreed as binding.

9. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate delivery information.

Once a parcel has entered shipment processing, an address change may no longer be possible.

10. Risk and Delivery

Risk relating to goods purchased by consumers will be allocated in accordance with mandatory German consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers risks to consumers earlier than permitted by mandatory law.

11. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing through distance contracts may have a statutory withdrawal right.

For qualifying online purchases in Germany, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days, subject to statutory exceptions.

12. Returns and Refunds

Where a valid statutory withdrawal occurs, refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable German rules.

German law generally requires reimbursement no later than 14 days after notice of withdrawal, subject to the rules permitting a merchant to wait for returned goods or evidence of shipment.

13. Defective Goods

Statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods are not eliminated by the expiration of an ordinary withdrawal period.
